Pre-season Game: Pacific FC is coming to town!

Mark your calendars! Pacific FC is coming to town to play Nanaimo United’s League1 men’s team on March 19 at 5:30 PM at the Q'unq'inuqwstuxw Stadium. 

This marks the first time one of our men’s or women’s squads takes on a professional team - right here on home turf!

Nothing like some friendly island competition to kick off pre-season! Nanaimo United’s men’s team is still taking shape, with some players yet to arrive, but those in town are fired up to face off against Pacific on their home turf. Pacific FC plays in the Canadian Premier League, tier 1 in the Canadian soccer league system, which also starts up in April. This game will be a great opportunity for players on both teams to shake off the dust and prepare for the whirlwind of their fast-approaching 2025 seasons!
