Coming off a CCAA Bronze Medal and PACWEST Coach of the Year honours with VIU women's soccer, Bobbie Taylor has been named head coach for the Harbourside FC women's program. Bobbie is also Nanaimo United FC's BCSPL and U12-U16G Competitive Lead, and is the head coach of NDSS Soccer Academy. She boasts an impressive resume as both a coach and player, and is currently pursuing her Youth National License & Coach Developer certification w/ Canada Soccer.

Daragh Fitzgerald has taken on the role of HFC Techincal Director. As technical lead of Nanaimo United FC, "Fitz" knows how to run a program. You'll find him at the field any given evening be it at Academy, with individual teams, helping with Happy Cleats, and of course with the NUFC Premier Women for whom he serves as Head Coach. Daragh currently plays with the NUFC Division 1 Men and is a two-time Jackson Cup Champion in 2017 and 2020.

Fitz has obtained his National B coaching licence and is now pursuing his UEFA licensing.

Kevin Lindo, head coach of the VIU Mariner's men's soccer team, joins Harbourside FC as head coach of the men's program. Lindo boasts UEFA A and Canada Soccer B Coach Certifictions. Kevin is currently pursuing a Master's in High Performance Coaching and Technical Leadership. With the Mariners, he boasts a strong record as CCAA Silver Medalist in 2019, and he also coached the Nanaimo United FC Div 1 men to back-to-back Jackson Cup Championships in 2020 & 2021.
