Season Passes

Each Season Pass includes all home dates (including potential ticketed exhibition games) and both the women’s and men’s games on each date - four hours of quality soccer each game day! A whooping 43% savings over the gate ticket price!

Single Match Tickets

All single match tickets include both the women’s and men’s games on the match date. That’s a lot of great soccer!

Online Pricing

The online single match price is available until the day before each game day. Save 25% by purchasing online!

General Admission

All tickets are sold as general admission seating in bleacher-style seating or standing areas.

Refund Policy

All season pass purchases are final and non-refundable. Single game tickets will be refunded in full only if a game is cancelled and not rescheduled.

 

Postponement and Reschedule Policy

In the event a game is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honoured for admission on the rescheduled date.

Venue Notes

Q'unq'inuqwstuxw Stadium is an open-air facility with no covered areas. Dress appropriately for the weather and come prepared for sun, wind, and/or rain! Games get played in all weather!

​

We encourage comfy lawn chairs, blankets, or your favorite bench cushion! Many fans come early and set up on the grass!

 

Dogs must be on a leash and under control to enter Q'unq'inuqwstuxw Stadium.

​

Food and Beverage

On most game days one or more food trucks will be available. A licensed beer and alcoholic beverage area may also be available in a restricted area. Legal drinking age will be strictly enforced. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are encouraged, particularly if makes your experience more enjoyable!

Event Parking and Transportation

Harbourside FC encourages all fans to consider human-powered transportation when possible - let’s be active for life! Alternatively, consider public transportation and carpooling with other fans. 

 

Free parking is available beside the stadium complex and across Third St. at the Nanaimo Ice Centre.

On occasion, our friends the Nanaimo NightOwls or Nanaimo Track & Field may also be running an event in the stadium district. We'll do our best to keep you up to date if there are other events planned so you can plan your transportation accordingly. We encourage you to take in their events too - they're awesome!

Purchase Policy

Please note, balls may fly into the spectator area during an event. Despite the placement of fencing, injury can occur. Stay alert at all times before, during and after play. If struck, immediately ask for assistance from game day staff.

 

Ticket purchasers assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against Harbourside FC, the City of Nanaimo, leagues, other participants and spectators, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor. You bear all risks of inclement weather. Event date and time are subject to change.

 

Q’unq’inuqwstuxw Field is a strictly enforced smoke-free environment.

 

Admission to the event is subject to applicable laws, by-laws, regulations, and facility rules. As a BC Soccer sanctioned event all participants and event attendees are expected to abide by the B.C. Universal Code of Conduct. Failure to comply with the law, facility rules, or Universal Code of Conduct may result in refusal of admission or expulsion.

 

Prohibited items include but are not limited to alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, and professional camera equipment. No unauthorized recording of events is prohibited.
